Responsibilities

Understanding Business Goals and Requirements:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the project's business goal, user requirements, and constraints.

  • Conduct research to comprehend the target audience and their needs, ensuring alignment with the project objectives.

User Flows, Scenarios, and Information Architecture:

  • Define user flows and scenarios that outline how users will navigate through the application to accomplish tasks.

  • Develop the information architecture to organize content and features logically, ensuring a user-centric structure.​

Creating High-Quality Wireframes, Mocks, and Prototypes:

  • Translate feedback and requirements into detailed high-quality wireframes and mockups that showcase the visual representation of the application features.

  • Craft interactive prototypes that allow stakeholders to experience the user journey and interactions.

Collaborating with Visual Design and Visual Scalability:

  • Collaborate with visual designers to ensure the user interface aligns with the project's visual identity and branding guidelines.

  • Ensure that design decisions are scalable across different platforms and devices while maintaining a consistent visual experience.​

Collaborating with Developers for Functionality:

  • Work closely with both front-end and back-end developers to explain the intricacies of the product's functionality and feature lists.

  • Provide support and clarification during the development phase to ensure the design vision is effectively translated into the final product.

Iterative Design and Rework:

  • Embrace an iterative design approach, continuously refining and enhancing design elements based on feedback and user testing.

  • Adapt and rework designs as necessary to address changing requirements and evolving user needs.
